[Crystal] Broken volume in the Volume Group page

It shows red exclamation mark on the Volume as below:


Recording server can't write data into the HDD and the possible reason are:
1. HDD it self is broken
2. Network is down


1. Check Crystal's hardware log and if the HDD is broken please replace it
2. Check network connection, if it's due to network issue, please drag the volume back to ''Available Volume Group'' and then put it back to the original ''Volume group''. Please note that after dragging back the Volume it will proceed with database repair and it won't record during that period of time
