Why I can't play backup video?(Mainconsole Family)
Symptom：
User has backup the record video, but can't play it by "NUUO Playback System".
Cause：
The backup record files lose "*.rcd" or "Record.log" files.
Solution：
Open "DBTools", use below function to fix record data.
(1) Repair Index： The Repair Index function can fix / create "*.rcd" files.
(2) Repair Database： The Repair Database function can fix / create "Record.log" file.
