Why I can't see livevie/playback in IE browser? [OS: WIN 8]
Description
User could not see liveview or playback in IE under WIN 8,
and encountered C++ Run time error
Root Cause
Add-on was installed incorrectly due to lack of adminstrator's privilege
Solution
-
Remove NVSWebAll_2_2_0 folder in C:UsersPublicDocuments
-
Remove NUUO folder in C:UsersusernameAppDataRoaming
-
Mouse right click IE Run as administrator
-
Go to web live view page download and install ActiveX again.
