Symptom

Even the VMS/NVR is doing recording properly but when trying to check the ''Recordin Days on Disk'' information CMS Client it shows N/A

 

Root Cause

It needs to start “Recycle” at least one time in the Recording Server, and then the CMS Client can calculate how many days can be recorded by the recording server. 

 

Solution

The user must wait for the Recoding server to finish the recycle at least one time.
