How to upgrade license from Enterprise to Ultimate?
Description

When user would like to upgrade their Crystal licenses from Enterprise to Ultimate using upgrade licenses.


Solution
  1. Please make sure that "the total channel number of activated Enterprise license" must be exactly the same with "channel number of upgrade license".
    For example, if there are 4 Enterprise channels activated on Crystal, and then, user has to use 4-channel upgrade license to do the upgradation, no more or no less.


     
  2. Activate the upgrade license on the Crystal
     
  3. The upgrade license will become Ultimate license, and the original Enterprise license will disappear and lose its effectiveness
