What’s the username and password template of NUUO Crystal™?
Symptom
While typing new password in NUUO Crystal™ WEB, this message popped up.
Cause
Since user could setup different username and password for WEB and Nuclient of NUUO Crystal™, there are a few things have to be noted as follows:
Web:
1. Password length should be 6-20 characters long. It only could be English, number, and underscore (_). Uppercase or lowercase are available.
2. Cannot add any other account.
Nuclient:
1. Password length should be 64 characters long. It could be any language and doesn’t have limitation of character’s type.
2. Username length should be 64 characters long. It only could be English, number, underscore (_) and period (.). Uppercase or lowercase are available.
Solution
Follow the rule to create new user account and password.
