Symptom
When user tried to connect to SQL server, it popped up the warning message of '' Fail to connect to SQL ODBC data source '' message.
Cause
1. Set the wrong password or IP address of SQL server.
2. The SQL server configuration is not correct.
Solution
1. Please see if the IP address and password of SQL server are correct. The password has been decided when you installed SQL server.
If you forget it, please reinstall SQL server then set the password again.
2. Please refer to CMS user’s manual p.17 to see if how to setup SQL server. Note: For the moment, CMS system supports Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and doesn’t support another version.
