How to collect full dump file for trouble shooting?

When NUUO software encounters a critical error (like crashes / hangs / error message shows up..etc.),
and teamviewer is not available, USER could collect full dump file for trouble shooting  


The full dump file contains information we need to solve the problem, please send the full dump file to eHelpdesk.

Please kindly follow below steps.
1. Install troubleshooting tool: "Debug Diagnostic Tool"

for example, you might find this tool at below link:
2. Run "Debug Diagnostics Tool"
3. Please duplicate the critical error happened on you software, once the error shows up, then go to the next step

4. Go to "Processes" page, and find the "Mainconsole.exe", and then Right-click, and run "create full userdump".
