Symptom 

Recording server show disconnected

 

Cause

User inputed wrong password in Recording Service.

 

Solution 

Input the correct Management server login password in Recording Server web => Network Service
=> Recording Service =>Login Management Server page.

Note: The inputed password of Management server should be "NuClient login password", not "Web login password". Please refer to "What’s the username and password template of NUUO Crystal™?" to get more information.
