Symptom
Cannot see instant playback in remote live viewer through WAN
Cause
In remote live viewer, the instant playback function requires client to query the playback port from server.
However, to access the server through WAN, it also requires port forward setting in router.
In this case, if the port setting in router doesn't match the port setting in server site, it will cause the remote live viewer cannot access the server.
Solution
Make sure that the port setting in router matches the port setting in server.
For example, if the playback port in server is 5160, the port forwarding mapping in router should also be 5160 -> 5160
