Mainconsole resolution issue
Symptom :
Every time customer login to the Mainconsole it will pop out the error message "the minimum resolution has to be greater than
1024x768". Even though the resolution has been adjust to be greater than 1024 x 768.
Cause :
1. The Windows OS display resolution has been set up lower than 1024 x 768.
2. The Windows OS cannot transmit the correct resolution to Mainconsole.
Solution :
1. Make sure the Windows OS display resolution has been set up 1024x768 up.
2. To check whether the display size have been set up to default (100%). If not, try to adjust it to resolve this issue.
