Cannot log in the Crystal Titan Management server through WAN
Symptom
In certain conditions, users might fail to log in the Management server through WAN connection.
Cause
Limited upload bandwidth : Login to the Management server requires certain amount of bandwidth comsumption, and if the bandwidth is not sufficient enough, it might cause the issue.
Solution
Make sure that upload bandwidth on the Management Server site is sufficient enough to avoid the limited bandwidth factor. Following is the minimum WAN upload bandwidth requirement from Management server.
1 Recording Servers with 32ch - 1Mbps
5 Recording Servers with 32ch - 2Mbps
15 Recording Servers with 32ch - 4Mbps
