Symptom
In the IE 11 browser, the server setting page is working without issue but when go to the Live view page or the Playback page it doesn't work. It cannot show the live view page or just hang there with no response.
Below picture is an example of Crystal Titan, it just show the white screen and cannot do anything.
Cause
If you are using IE 11 and you didn't use the compatibility View then you might encounter this kind of situation.
Solution
Please kindly follow below workaround to see the live view.
1. Please click the setting button and click the compatibility view setting.
2. And add this IP address to compatible view.
3. After that you will be log out the unit, please login to your unit again and then you'll able to see the live image.
