Symptom :
When adding C31A + IO box into the Mainconsole, although the C31A can be pinged and serached by the searching tool "SCB manager", but it still shows warnning message " Fail to detect IO box" in Mainconsole UI.
Cause :
The power dip-switch ( jumper ) of C31A and / or IO box is not setup correctly.
Solution :
Setup dip-swtich of C31A and IO box as below :
