Symptom
After choosing the license and click transfer button, it pop out a warning message as below:
Cause
It's required to disable all the video device first and make the "Use Quantity" to 0.
Solution
Please go to the Recoding Server to disable all the video devices and make the license "Use Quantity" to 0. Then you are able to transfer your license.
