What condition can IVS Count guarantee the best performance?
Solution
1. Camera installed position.
a. 90⁰ overhead is best for busier conditions. Angles down to 60⁰ still works If the traffic conditions are lighter and people are not following each other too closely.
(The important thing is to see a gap between people or vehicles that are following each other, which is why 90⁰ is best. )
b. Camera height should be more than 1m above people’s heads.
(The camera installed position to ground should me more than 3m )
2. The Minimum requirement of live video for IVS:
a.CIF or more
b.15 FPS or more
