RAID status shows File system error after creating volume
Symptom
For NT-8040R and NT-8040RP are 8 bay models.
When using 3TB disk for all 8 bays and only create one volume in RAID Management.
Then RAID status show:


Cause 
The maximum volume size to create RAID on Titan NVR is 16TB. Please make sure every volume you are going to create is under 16TB.
 
Solution 
1. Please create 2 volume for internal storage.
