How to configure the recording server to view Remote Live Viewer, Remote Playback and iViewer through the internet?
Symptom
When using iViewer application with Moblie phone (iphone or Android phones ) to connect with NVR Recording Server (Mainconsole, NVRmini2, Titan NVR) and it turns out an ERROR Message "“Cannot connect to server”".


Cause 
1. Typing wrong Server IP Address.  
2. Typing wrong the Administration information:  User Name/Password.
3. Hasn't do the Port forwarding. 
 
Solution 
1. Please verify your Server IP Address and your User Name/Password.

2. Setting Port Forwarding.
Default Web Port:80.
Default Live View Port:5150.(NVRmini 2)
Default Playback Port:5160.(NVRmini 2)
Titan Live View and Playback Port: 5250.

For Mainconsole: General Setting---> Network Service---> a. Live Streamin & b.Remote Playback

For NVRmini2 Port Forwarding:
Go to Network Setup---> Network Service---> Web Service. (Web Port:80)
Go to Network Setup---> Network Service---> Live View and Playback Service. ( Live Streaming Server Port:5150, Playback Server Port: 5160)




For Titan NVR Port Forwarding:
Go to Network Setup---> Network Service---> Web Service. (Web Port:80)
Go to Network Setup---> Network Service--->Streaming Server. ( Port:5250)




To make sure all the ports are open properly, please follow below method to confirm your setting.

1. Run the Command Prompt and type the command: telnet IP Address Port. Then click enter.


2. If theCommand Prompt shows all black as below picture means that this port is open properly.


3. If not, please kindly check again your network setting.
