Symptom
After clicking on "Activate Button" in License Management Tool, it will pop out error messages" Error code:1004 Failed to import license file".
Cause
The OfflinePack and offline_license.dll has been used in different computer system such as different hardware or different Wireless LAN Card.
For example: NOTE: Step 3. is a wrong step. Copy the offline_license.dll which is created by PC-A to PC-C to do the activation.
Solution
1. Please export a new OfflinePack and follow the Offline Activation instructions again and import the offline license file(offline_license.dll) to the Original computer system(Ex: PC-A).
