Error code:12 The SN (Serial number) type is not corresponding
Symptom 
After clicking on "Activate Button" in License Management Tool, it will pop out error messages" Error code:12 The SN (Serial number) type is not corresponding.". 

 

Cause
1. The Serial number and NUUO product does not match to each other.
For example: Use CMS Serial number to activate in Mainconsole.
                         Use NVRmini 1's license number to activate in NVR mini 2.
 
Solution
1. Please make sure your license is for the right product.
2. Please upgrade your Mainconsole to above 3.5.10.
