Black screen live view in Mainconsole IP+
Symptom:
 
OS : Windows 7 64bit
Product : Mainconsole IP+  
Version : 4.1.0

 
In Mainconsole IP+, all the live view channels would randomly turn into black screen, however all black screen can still be taken snapshot.
Although you may get the image back by re-connecting the camera, but the issue would still occur after a short period of time.



Cause:
  1. Using iGPU (Integrated Graphic Processor Unit),
  2. There is certain issue on the Nvidia VGA driver which would cause decoding issue and lead to black screen.
 
Solution:
  1. Using an independent VGA card
  2. Upgrade the VGA card driver to the latest version
  3. Run Windows Update
.
