User Guide - How to issue a New Ticket
1. Please log in with your account. If you do not have it, please Register a new account.
2. Please go to "Support" tab and select "eHelpdesk" from the drop down menu. 
3. Please click on ''New Ticket''. Please fill out the information and click "save".
4. You will get a link of the ticket and a ticket number for future reference.
5. To review the submitted issues, simply click the "ticket list" and the issue will list by date in order.
