Why I can't receive the push notification from in iViewer?
Symptom User has already setup the event action to send the push notification to the smart phone (iViewer apps), but still can't receive the push notification when NUUO NVR/VMS has alarm.
Please follow below steps to let your smart phone to receive the push notification from NUUO NVR/VMS.
a. Please make sure your iViewer apps has connected with NUUO NVR/VMS at least once.
b. Make sure you are using correct user account to connected with NUUO NVR/VMS in iViewer.
(Please make sure the User List that you checked in "Notification Configuration" is same as your iViewer login user account.)
c. Make sure you have enabled the "Push Notification" in iViewer.
d. Make sure the Event trigger setting is correct in NUUO NVR/VMS.
Example, When the NUUO NVR/VMS has motion event, then will do the push notification action.
So, you can check the logs that has motion event or not.
e. Make sure the NUUO NVR/VMS can connect to Internet.
The Push Notification function will not works in the local LAN.
Due to the NUUO NVR/VMS will send the push notification to the ezNUUO server first then send to Apple APNS(Apple Push Notification service) or Android GCM(google cloud message service).
f. Make sure you have input the Primary DNS correctly and the NUUO NVR/VMS can connect with this Primary DNS.
