Recording and Metadata server are not available or disappeared.
The customer has access to the Management Server but the Recording Server is not reachable/available/disappeared. It is not possible to manage the cameras and the volumes into the Volume Group.
The administrator’s password of Nuclient has been changed and it has not been updated on the Recording Service.
The new password of Nuclient must to be updated for the Recording Service in the web hardware settings.
Note: This solution also applies for the Metadata Service.
