Why I can't saw Mainconsole's Live View/Playback in IE browser.
Symptom:
Why I can't saw Mainconsole's Live View/Playback in IE browser.

Cause:
1. IE version is not 8, 9 or 10. (if not IE8,IE9, please upgrade first)
2. Use IE 64bit (Currenlty, is not support IE 64bit)
3. Disable ActiveX in IE Browser.
4. Some Antivirus software block the Mainconsole Live View / Playback
5. Use virtual machine (Mainconsole don't support Virtual Machine)

Solution:

If you can't view Liveview/Playback via IE browser, please kindly refer below information.

(1)Enable your ActiveX in IE security settings page.

The MainConsole/NVRmini web pages communicate using an ActiveX control.
The ActiveX control must be downloaded from the MainConsole/NVRmini and installed on your PC.
Your Internet Explorer security settings must allow for the web page to work correctly.
To use the Main Console in IE browser, user must setup his IE browser as follows:

Internet Explorer for Windows XP/Vista/Win7
From your IE browse _ ”Tools” _ ”Internet Options…” _ ”Security” _ ”Internet” _”Custom Level…”,


Please setup your “Settings” as follow.

Enable “Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls”

(2) Don't use IE 64bit.
The MainConsole supports "Win7 64bit OS", but not supports IE64bit,(user can use IE32bit in Win7 64bit os).
Also, you may use Remote LiveViewer / Playback to replace the IE browser to view liveview.

If there has popup error message ad below picture, please do below action.



The Remote Live View is work fine now in IE8, please kindly check.
If you had meet this issue on other computer, please kindly check below setting.

XP OS:
(1) Turn off your Windows Firewall, and disable any firewall and anti-virus software.
(2) Delete the "NUUO" folder , you may find in "C:Documents and SettingsUserApplication DataNUUO"
(3) Delete the "WebViewS_3_2_0" folder , you may find in "C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersDocumentsWebViewS_3_2_0"
(4) Open IE8/IE9, and keyin Mainconsole's IP Address to access the Remote Live Viewer, and reinstall the ActiveX.

Win7:
(1) Turn off your Windows Firewall, and disable any firewall and anti-virus software.
(2) Turn off UAC.
(3) Delete the "NUUO" folder , you may find in "C:UsersUSERAppDataRoamingNUUO"
(4) Delete the "WebViewS_3_2_0" folder , you may find in "C:UsersPublicDocumentsWebViewS_3_2_0"
(5) Open IE8/IE9, and keyin Mainconsole's IP Address to access the Remote Live Viewer, and reinstall the ActiveX.
