Can't use PTZ function of ACTi camera
Symptom
Can't use the PTZ function of ACTi camera

Cause
1. The camera model is not supported
2. The protocol of ACTi camera is not configured in NVRmini 2

Solution
1. Check the camera support list to ensure the model and FW of the camera is supported. Camera support list: http://www.nuuo.com/SupportCamera.php?node_id=4#2

2. Configure the PTZ protocol
    2.1 Go to the camera web page and check the protocol being used
   
   
    2.2 Go to ''camera parameter'' page of NVRmini 2 and choose ''PTZ setting''
   
   
    2.3 Select the right PTZ protocol
